HOW TO PREPARE BEEF SAUCE

One of the simplest sauces to make for rice is beef sauce, which is both easy to make and delicious. The finest sauce ever, cooked in one skillet with shredded beef and mixed vegetables, makes for an effortless breakfast or dinner that is superior to ordering in.

 In addition to rice, beef sauce also goes well with pasta, potatoes, and other foods. You can eat as much meat as you like with this simple beef sauce, which is a plus.

Ingredients:

* 7 ounces of beef filet, thinly sliced.

* 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil 

*2 sliced big onion

*1 minced garlic clove

*1 teaspoon of  freshly grinded ginger root

*1 chopped green bell pepper

*2 sliced sizeable carrot

*1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

* 1 teaspoon of White sugar

*a serving of soy sauce

*1/2 cup of  oyster sauce

*pepper

*salt as desired

Directions:

  1. Cook the beef slices in the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until well-browned.
  2. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes after adding the onion, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Then incorporate the carrot, green bell pepper, and beef broth. Heat should be turned down to a simmer.
  4. In the meantime, combine the corn flour, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, if using, in a different small bowl. A smooth paste is formed after thorough stirring.
  5.  Stir well as you gradually add this to the beef and veggies that are already cooking.
  6. Let simmer until desired thickness is reached.
  7. Taste add salt and pepper to the food.
  8. Serve with rice, plantain, yam, potatoes etc.
