Ingredients:
*3 cups of all-purpose flour
*10 onion-sized
*1 cloves of garlic
* 2 cloves of nutmeg
* spoonful of margarine
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*10 cup of water
*Oil for frying
Procedure for preparation:
- Onion and garlic are combined, then set aside.
2. Sieve flour into a mixing basin in the meanwhile.

5. Form a ball by kneading the dough with your palm.
6.The dough should be divided in half and covered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, set the dough on a counter that has been dusted with flour.
7.Roll the dough out thinly using a rolling pin to achieve a crunchy chip texture.
8.Now, cut the dough into the shapes and dimensions you like.
9.After around 5 minutes of oil heating, add your chips. For 10 minutes, fry them.
10.Take one and taste it to see whether your chips are ready.
