Directions:

*. Oats, 1 cup

*. 2 cups of low-fat milk

*. a dash of salt (optional; eliminate salt if on a low-sodium diet)

Directions:

  1. Rice cooker with salt, milk, and oats.

Cover, then switch on.

  • Stir thoroughly. When slightly chilled, serve right away with bread or pancake or biscuits or cake etc
