The best way to eat tilapia light soup is usually hot and spicy. Although it can be had with a few different meals, it is typically served with fufu for lunch. Join me as we go over the steps to make the delicious and enticing tilapia soup below if you are looking forward to making it one day for lunch.

Tilapia soup ingredients include:

*4 tilapia

*5 scotch bonnet peppers

*2 chopped onions

*1 smashed garlic clove

*3 tomatoes

*2 garden eggs

*2 teaspoons of ground ginger

*2 tablespoons of tomato paste

*1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper

Utensils Needed:

a blender and a sieve or mesh strainer.

Tilapia soup preparation steps:

 1. Clean the tilapia, take off the scales and fins, and chop into smaller pieces as needed.

 2. Add salt, cayenne pepper, ginger, garlic, and a half-onion to the tilapia as it steams.

3. After adding some water, let it steam for around 10 minutes.

 4. Obtain a second pot, fill it with tomato paste, tomatoes, a garden egg, and a half-chopped onion.

5. Light a small amount of salt and water on fire and let it burn for around 10 minutes.

 6. Blend the pepper, garden egg, and tomatoes, then sift the mixture into the hot pot.

7. Add some additional water, then let it burn for a while.

8. Add the steamed tilapia to the soup along with its broth or stock, and cook for an additional period of time.

9. When ready, remove from the fire and serve.
