Ghana, in a subregion of West Africa, is a hub for producing different kinds of drinks. The country can boast of top drink and beverage manufacturing companies like Kasapreko LTD, Angel Beverages, Emigoh, Twellium, Feenam Industries, and so on. Other West African countries, particularly Nigeria, also import Ghanaian drinks. These drinks are suitable for parties, funerals, and many other occasions. However, it’s important to note that Ghana imports numerous drinks from various parts of the world, thereby expanding the variety of drinks available in the country.

How are Ghanaian drinks regularized?
Ghana is one of the countries that takes its health issues very seriously. The Food and Drugs Law 1992, PNDC Law 305B, established the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) in Ghana, a Level Three listed institution by the World Health Organization (WHO). Now the mandate of this authority is to ensure the safety, quality, and efficacy of human and veterinary drugs, food, biological products, cosmetics, medical devices, and household products. This government institution is also responsible for the inspection, certification, and proper distribution of foods and food products as well as drugs in Ghana.
